Product Description

BLOCK

HF1K 400 Series

Harmonic Filter

3 x 400 Vac, 3 x 10 - 3 x 144 A , 5.5 - 90 kW, Cos(phi)>0,95 at rated current

Description

  • Harmonic filter with minimum capacitive idle reactive power
  • Use of the HF1K as a central sum filter for multiple converters possible
  • Sinusoidal current consumption from the main in devices with uncontrolled B6U diode rectifiers
  • Compliance with EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-12
  • Support in the compliance with IEEE 519, D-A-CH-CZ
  • Cos(phi)>0,95 at rated current
  • Hardly any intermediate circuit voltage dip by comparison with a 4 % uK line reactor
  • Operation at 50 - 60 Hz possible
  • Very good corrosion protection and low noise thanks to vacuum impregnation

Prose

Harmonic Filters

Harmonics filters reduce current harmonics (THDi) to less than 8% in order to comply with the limit values required under the standards. This protects the connected network from circuit feedback and increases the system immunity from interference. Aside from optimization of the power quality, the system efficiency is also increased by reducing reactive power consumption and the losses at the line transformer. Your system's power quality is improved significantly through the use of BLOCK harmonics filters, with reliability and system lifetime also increased considerably.

  • Compliance with Power Quality standards IEEE 519, TEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61000-3-12
  • Guarantee of sinusoidal line currents
  • Increased system lifetime and system reliability

Applications

Harmonic filter module to ensure sinusoidal main currents, reduction of main harmonic currents, increase in system service life and system reliability and compliance with power quality standards such as IEEE 519, TEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61000-3-12.
