LR3 480 Series

Line Reactor

Three-phase; 3 x 480 Vac, 3 x 2 - 3 x 1600 A, 0.014 - 18.500 mH, use as line reactor, commutating reactor or PFC reactor

Description

  • Bridging voltage dips

  • Starting current limitation

  • Use as line reactor, commutating reactor or PFC reactor

  • Ensuring the short-circuit voltage of 3 - 5% to the mains

  • Power harmonic damping

  • Low ripple

  • Multifunctional fixing rails

  • Peak current limitation

  • Increases the service life of consumers

  • Very good corrosion protection and low noise thanks to vacuum impregnation

  • Integrated lifting ring

Prose

Line Reactors

Line reactors reduce low frequency interference (harmonics) and relieve the strain on the supply network through compensation of the distortion reactive power induced by this. The connected consumers are spared by limiting the starting current, thereby increasing their lifetime. The BLOCK standard product range includes series with 3%, 4% and 5% short circuit voltage.

  • Reduction in current harmonics (THDi)
  • Protection of the grid against power line disturbances
  • Compliance with the harmonics limit values required under standards
  • Reduction in reactive power consumption
  • Reduction in losses at the line transformer and in neutral wire load
  • Increased immunity for your system from interference

Applications

Line reactor to minimize mains pollution, to reduce the reactive-power components and charging currents in the DC link capacitor and to improve the cos(phi).
